On Mar 2^nd, the initial meeting of NSC project was held in SNBC which foretold the startup of the reformation of supply chain management system of SNBC.

NSC project is one of important optimizing project of management followed by PDP (Product Development Process) project and SMC (Marketing Management Consultation) project. The intention of NSC project is to establish the organization and process of supply chain accorded with SNBC characteristic and to establish the system of performance assessment in order to enhance work efficiency in all parts. And the intention of NSC project is also to bring up management team of high performance for SNBC.

It needs the more efforts of NSC team and all of production system to push this project. NSC project is only a start and SNBC need follow optimizing management for ever.
